Can someone give some light on this. A person from HC in the EPA vs HC/HF
trying massing failed then sabsed 1.1 defference weps so I hit back sabing him got one done then that message came up. Also if is was NOX is he ment to be out of the war?

Well a variety of circumstances could of got you that message, possibly and most like, an alliance member sabbed him that turn so no one else could (e.g. sending 1 covert unit till max actions allowed).

Same thing is happening again on the next turn and yet he just wiped out 2mil supers when I couldn't sab his attack.

In SGW there exists what is called "Covert phasing". This condition exists when someone has been covertly attacked so much that no more covert attacks are allowed. It is much like nox phasing but does not require nox protection.

Honestly the only thing you can do is nox phase them if they have nox on, if not then there is nothing you can do. Its one of the "protections" admin has built into the game to give accounts a fighting chance that is so heavily abused, and it gives the strike force even more of an advantage, and makes defenses a liability.
