some people are getting white screens now using function still think theres an issue. or is that a sign u cant do that function do to levels.

It's an error I can't seem to lock down at this time when you havn't got enough capacty, or the target has had too many covert missions take place on their planet recently.

apparently thats a covert phase screen. same as quantum from what i hear on msn or something close to it

You get the white screen when you have either one or two covert capacity and you try to sab or assasinate.

I suspect you would also get it when you have 0 covert capacity, and attempt to spy someone.

So covert phasing does exist?
