I (ID: 85384) can no longer trade with Phatty (ID: 78181). It says we've logged in from the same IP address or have given out or login info.

"You cannot trade with one who has shared your internet location, or with whom you or they have shared their account login. "

We just made a trade with each yesterday. Yet, today we no longer can. We have never logged in from the same location. We know better, and it wouldn't be worth the hassle to get an IP exception. We have been trading resources for 2+ years and never had this issue.

Could it possibly have anything to do with me playing from work, home, and my phone? I don't see why though, I've been doing it for 2+ years.

I emailed gameAdmin@stargatewars.com like it states when it fails to send resources directly, but I figured I should try here as well.

If you live close together and have a dynamic IP, there is a chance that your IP will change to one that Phatty also's been on before...

We are an hour away with different providers. I doubt that happened.

Anyways, I really need this looked at. I owe him resources, and he holds resources for me when my bank is full.

what about who your phone provider is? or his phone provider?

if either of you have any similarities in your providers, whether it be your phone is the same as his internet provider, that could be the cause.

We do both use Verizon, but I know I haven't logged on with my phone in over a month. I'm not sure about him. I guess that could be it, but then again, that's got to be extremely rare.

I use 2-3 different IP addresses.
- Work (140.106.x.x)
- Home (24.33.x.x)
- Phone (?)
