I placed my account on vacation mode on Wednesday (over 48 hrs ago) but when I try and now login it says:

Your realm is still too close to the cusp of the black hole it has slid into... or... in other words, you are still within the minimum vacation time of 48 hours from when you declared it.

I have been informed that the game crashed whilst I was on vacation mode and everyone was given PPT. I don't know if this is what is causing the problem.

Can an admin please check my account and let me in.

Yes I am 100% sure.

However, can someone tell me how long the game was down for and whether the turns ticked over and resources produced during the down time? If not then the game may not have counted that duration towards my vacation mode and I may have to wait for that amount of time until i can log in myself without admin intervention?

Game was down for approx 3.5 hours. Pretty sure the time didn't tick as it was an error in the SQL database.

Ok thank you, guess i got an hour or 2 to wait then.

I'm back in now. Seems I had to wait for the additional 12 to 16 hrs of free PPT to end before my vacation mode would end.
