Phasing Out

I read that it was 200 attacks.
Here I am, 700 in and they are still not phased? Can somebody explain to a poor n00b such as myself what is going on?

OK, first what server?
main? if so its only if nox is on that they phase, and the amount of AT needed is dependant on realm alert setting. I think its 630 AT on crit nox
If its ascended its 30 hits
If no crit/nox present you will never phase

Make sure that your realm alert is to critical as well.
