supporter bonous

i recently have emailed kingdom games, administration. and no replys. i purchased the $50.00 SS on 2/5/09 with my last market turn, and did receive the goods for this. but i was charged for 2 and only received goods for the 1. i sent receipts of proof but havent heard from anyone could someone tell me why. i would like the good for the 2nd SS purchased. this is not good business....
