like it says 10mill uu for the best siggy and ,2nd will get 3mil ,3rd will get 1mill,
id like the name (~Squall~) on it maby a goa,uld fleet in the background (maby even a movie of gou,ld mother ships fireing at a target) or what ever you can make look good and the text

im paying out of the nose for this so i want QUALITY people
just so you know 1 person can win multipal prizes if they submit more then one siggy so 14mill total for 3 superb siggys
(squall looks at all the bogy coverd uu and thinks maby he should give them a bath before he sends them to the winners)
