This wave i guess there should be really good fight among alliances. TCC vs Owned vs Omega vs DoC vs Shadow Knights vs Shadow Stalkers (two of shadows) and the rest too. With the top players of last wave dividing themselves into different alliances.
Although its too early to say that .. But its gonna be tough one for any alliance to have monopoly this wave!!

LOL, i'm glad i don't fall into "the rest" feels nice to be in a good alliance..

Quick look at alliances mentioned

TCC
Consistent and skilled, all members expected to carry their weight and do well.
Recent addition of lord Apo, who has joined us from the dark side.

Owned
Bilbao and akhal, both skilled players, will probably be their highest ranking at end, zhar will probably get a good rank aswell, but he likes to use his ability at fighting most, which, if kikaz plays, will be put to a lot of use as owned get in lots of fights. Kikaz also has good ability while fighting, but hasn't proved himself out of war.

Omega/you know.
High empty and bebita their main players, both of which should ditch trying to revive a failed alliance and come join TCC. xD

DoC
Dr Alek is consistent and skilled, aswell as fearless, and both could challenge the top ranks if they realy wanted to. Kalanor has yet to prove he is more than a covert level. Seijuro can feed well.

SK
I have seen Cha0sk1ng do well, and feel Pimp D is probably going to have a good era.

SS
gwm2 seems to be good at building up a defence, it's only a matter of time before he decides that's not enough, and tries for all ranks. I just hope he doesn't polarize me again. I've never actualy hit him O.o
Thumbman seemed like he learnt a painful lesson last wave, and as long as he doesn't leave 2m spies trained, should do well this time.
and of course I've heard a lot of noise from the direction of Alucard110, so will be expecting big things.

So the smart money is still with TCC, for sheer consistency, but there are a lot of good players coming through with a chance.

Lol, i have been 1000% more active on the forums regarding this era, and i'm looking to better last era's finish, top 10 would be nice..

I suppose its because my time has been split between main/q/origins that I have only worked on one stat. But I have gotten very bored with main lately. Maybe I'll have to change my thoughts this era so I can meet with S1eepy's predictions.

owned. has been in the top 5 for the last 3 waves that i have played.

Meh, since when do we need to prove anything to you I have more top 5/ top 10 finishs then you have first page finishs and Owned. has more top 5 finishes then most alliances in Quantum with the exception of 3 that are still around...
