Weapon Factory

Instead of being able to buy as much weapons you want there should be a limit. when being massed you wouldnt be able to come back so fast unless you have a big stash of weapons hidden somewhere or trade for it

you should have factories that produces an amount of weapons every turn. you also need to specify what kind of weapons it will manufature. the more powerful weapons the more expensive it will get to increase its productions.

if you upgrade a factory you can trade in your old less powerfull weapons for some new more powerfull weapons for a small cost per weapon.

dont know if you just gonna have one or several factories for different purpose. ofcourse you will be able to sab these factories for your enemy. they should also be able to have a storage you can upgrade were you store weapons you dont use.

you could upgrade it with both naq and uu that need to make sure the factory works. also security guards protceting it from sabotage (perhaps anti covert spies)

this will also create a market for weapons between players. maybe even be able to make weapon building planets. could also apply for weapons/shields/fleets for ms
