Motherships

I've been wondering if there will ever be motherships again or if they're being let out because of one reason or another?

AFAIK there is no plans to bring in MS or planets, this is to be a more streamline version of main, but will have new and different twist, such as the AT system.

There will only be limited trading. you get 1 "transfer" per day and its strictly naq, no UU, no ATT.

The differences will make the game much more interesting, such as the turn system that I would have never thought of.

Is it the current turn system you people are talking about?

IE 45 turns per turn then rest turns?

Personally i agree, little nugget of genious that 1. The benefits atm from logging in whenever possible have given the farming a little bit of pace.

The whole concept of a Mothership like there is on main is unrealistic.
Single ships with such firepower as the MS concept can have, are too powerful to be realistic.

well so are 99% of the points concerning them, but heck, sending an entire army through a stargate 10 or 12 times in a few minutes is too. so is sabbing weapons people are carrying, and so is 1 unarmed man never dieing :lol:

Time in StarGateWars is compressed. The number of events occuring in one year of StarGateWars is much larger than what occurs in one year of the stargate universe.

Ahh, finally, a chance to find the answer to the universes most difficult question. Pity I'll die 2 seconds afterwards, but by then I'll have fulfilled my lifes ambition and die in peace.

I dont like an MS like in main been brought here. Maybe if they change the system like u can have some MS, but it is obvious that no MS should be bigger than an army. Maybe an MS is 1% of what ever is the strike+ def/2. And each tech level gives 1% extra, so 9 tech levels max and the MS gets to be 10% of that. Plus a max of 10 MS so at best someone could bring to double their army power with 10 MS... make them expensive like 100 times your daily naq. And each tech 10 days of your daily naq natural income, next level double... so it gets very expensive to have such power. Dunno if it s too expensive but something to think about. And no planets,. thats worst that officers.

or make MS have a mantinace cost, the bigger they are the more expensive to maitain


but honestly, just leave them out. The more men die the slower the pace and the more costly your actions.
