Trying to ascend

I am trying to ascend but it will not allow me it is saying that the user already exists in ascended which is perfectly reasonable given that my original account is in the hands of someone else and they prolly never bothered logging in to it or change the name of it but I am not quite sure what to do as I do not have any name changes on main and im not sure if he has any in ascended any suggestions would be helpful

you can get name changes on market now.
I'd say contact Admin to get you ascended name changed to something else.

thanks Lore I shot an email over to support but I figured posting here you guys might be able to help....yeah I know I didnt want to wait until monday to ascend but if I have to then I have to but thank you for the help man

I had the same problem when I came back. Except I had deleted my old ascention account 6 months before I tried to ascend again with the same name.
I had to waste a name change adding "~~" to my name, panicking because I was in the middle of ascending whilst not on PPT lol
Unbelievably if you search for id 3501 you can still see my "deleted account". Bit silly how when you hit delete it still exists in some relic status.
