In refercence to Clarkey's Post on the Origins of Kaoz accounts. Clarkey I have tried earlier in the day to contact you. Some of the information in your post about my alliance is inaccurate. Please allow me to correct your errors ( and please do not take this as coming across nasty)

1) My name is NOT Nick
2) I Did buy the account that was scammed, I provided proof that I paid for the account to the respected prior owner, and even offered it back to him in 48 hours.
3) Account 1908489 ~synius~ Loyal officer of mine for a while now, bought that account fairly.
4)Yes I did sel 97299 to nicola, was sold for 15 mil uu and naq as well
5)As far as Hypes goes, we have not heard from him now in a couple of weeks. Why I do not know.
6)As far as I am aware, there is no rule against buyng and selling new accounts to alliance members. (Now if they are banned for multi, that i cannot control)
7)As far as who scammed my current account id # 38569, I have been offering my help to try and find out who it was. I provided anybody who asked the proof of payment, and any information I have.

It is not fair that myself and my alliance are labelled as scammers as (in my opinion) understood in your posts in the admin archives. I have been a fair, loyal player of this game for almost 2 years now, have never scammed anybody and always paid for what I got.

I can only hope that you and the game admin, understand this and see the truth here, as obviously there is some mix up.

I would also like to know where and when and at what time the admin meeting are, as I see this as a mater that needs to be rectified immediately before I am mis-labeled because of one's interpretation instead of the facts.

~THE KING~ and HYPES were banned for suspected multi. They would need to take that up with admins themselves if they feel they have been wrongly banned.

If Forgotten Serenity say that you are not a scammer then that is fine in my books.
The victim of the scammed account has said you are not the scammer therefore you are not.

However, going to Admin meet to speak with him because you were labelled a possible scammer is pointless.

I have to agree with Clarkey. You made your case and you proved your not the scammer. Admin obviously afreed as you are not banned.

As for the meets, they are wed, in IRC. there is a link to it on your command page. Go to #the place and it will tell you the times of the 2 meets.

You are right, I agree with what clarkey says. I now know where he is coming from. I would like to say however, Clarkey if you need any verification of who is who in the origins of kaoz alliance, please feel free to come to me, and i will work with you to rectify the situation, or anybody else for that matter.

FS was never directly involved, the player that was scammed was ex-FS, ex-DDE, my old CO and a friend, so I looked into it personally.

The player who got scammed has confirmed that he BELIEVES the current owner Kryptkeeper is not involved and Kryptkeeper has given a screenshot of the paypal to the scammer which matches the MSN the scammer used so unless he made a payment to himself, I believe him to.

Thanks to Clarkey, 2 multis have been banned, they were in the same alliance as Kryptkeeper and that seems to be an unfortunate coincidence. Admin have looked at the accounts and taken action on those where evidence of cheating was found so those who had no action taken against them obviously had no evidence on wrong doing in admins book.

Finding the scammer is an 'open case' so any intel that anyone has would be appreciated

In the mean time, be careful trading, always search the blacklisted and cheat section, this one and many others are logged here in the forums.

I can honestly say that I feel better knowing that the truth has come out here. I will make good on my word to you all and continue to try and help find the real scammer.

Clarkey, as per your prior post, I have steered those individuals to the admin. It is an unfortunate co-incidence they come from my alliance, but again, if they were banned for a reason, they should answer for them.
