It was out of line, but not the worst post in that time frame to be seen.
There is noway in hell a pop sickle can give you a brain freeze either unless you just bite the thing off the stick and eat it whole. So that probably won't fly.
Don't forget, this is more then just about my country. Look at how he used it. "please keep your lips off the popsicle stick"..

quacol, your post is on a fine line. every post where you point out someones country to make a 'joke' with it later on in the sentence is walking on a fine line. a warning given for this seems tough.
but i would like to hear from jack why he tought the post was over the top
manetheren you'll get my advice on this one after i come back from school and jack gives his motivation.

Qacol, you were warned because the mod felt your popsicle stick phrase had sexual connotations and thus was a real life insult. After much discussion on the matter, we dont see it that way. While using such terms as popsicle and lollypop can have sexual connotations in some cases, they arent always "code" for different words. Sometimes popsicle simply means popsicle.
Qacol in the future be more careful on using words that can have a double meaning.
Ruling is that the board warning should be removed.
