Hi, so I'm a pal of Jordan's, name Benjamin Linus ingame, irl just Ben.
irl I am 17, final year of secondary education looking to go study Medicine.
I love rafting, rowing, golf, hanging/going out with Jo and playing the occasional online game.

Jo is giving me advice on how to play. As we should not interact ingame per the rules, is there a good alliance for newbies I could join?

There are no rules to say that you cannot interact with a RL friend.
I guess you are referring to the fact your may have shared IPs? If that's the case just contact the admins for an IP exception.

Well If it was me I wouldnt interact with her ingame just for safty sake, plus you can find more friends by getting out there and meeting more people in that capasity.

There are many good alliances out there, you need to evaluate your play style and the direction you want to take and then join an alliance.

You misunderstood. My name is Benjamin/Ben in real life, the "Linus" is the idea of another friend of mine, a great Lost fan. I think the character is awesome after watching the show.

sadly No, another thing Jason has done to punish long term large players is making ALL Co/Officer relationships economic suicide.

Well you can still become my officer...I make 14bil/turn and would set 30% to officer.
