Does anyone else find that waiting on replies from this address can take a bit long?
What if there was someone (or a group of people) that would manage this address, or even partition the issues sent to this address into different emails (e.g. bannedaccounts@stargatewars.com or ipexception@stargatewars.com)? I think that, if the right system were set up, emails would get answered promptly.
Say if you're playing SGW with your brother, and got banned because you two were thought a multi. Instead of waiting a long time for the reply, the message would be looked at by someone, then your and your brother's information would be put in a .txt file to be sent to adminMark. You would get back a message saying "your accounts are being looked at", and adminMark would only have to look through a list of names and IDs instead of individual emails.
In my opinion, anything sent to urgent@stargatewars.com should be answered very promptly and be taken care of efficiently.
