Covert / Friendly fire defence etc...

An issue came up with friendly fire around the end of the last era, which was taken care of in a pretty good way, but something else occurred to me.

Even though it is no longer possible for a person to 'defend' his account with friendly fire covert/attacks and the realm alert setting, I am wondering if it is possible for an account to 'phase out' with the friendly fire defence tactic.

Basically, can somebody use this tactic say 15 minutes in advance or so, and therefore prevent anybody for attacking/spying/sabbing what-so-ever.

Can this please be checked out, and if it is possible for accounts to phase themselves out with the friendly fire tactic, please make account phasing specific to individual attackers ONLY, and also ASAP!!!! :P

Edit - should this be in bugs/other? O.o
Also, I'm gonna kick myself if this hasnt/cant be implemented because a target could therefore be massed by multiple targets, thus possibly rendering realm alert less effective, because then I've just informed people of a whole new friendly fire defence tactic to protect themselves... lame...

Booooooooo to cowards!

-.-

2nd Edit.... wait a moment.... the new update to the alert thing makes the timer account-specific, so I guess that means multiple accounts can now attack within a 15 second interval, which rendered realm alert less effective anyway, if multiple accounts are attacking..... its all just so confusing... but in a good warring kinda way.... good times!

Yayyyyyy for war!!!

I think accounts can still phase from covert activity, but they were never able to phase from regular attacks.
Just permanently delay the attack (which was fixed)

So you can be safe from sabotage.. not from attacks
