Not sure if it's a bug, but it doesn't only happen to me so I will report it.

You have a random amount of naquadah out, you go to bank, it says you have deposited the random amount into your bank but somebody has taken it from you.

Is this a bug or no? It shouldn't do both, it should do one. Bank, or lose it.

the same happened to me. bank said i had deposited 200bil and attack log said the same 200bil had been stolen. i think both were correct.

But did you bank grow with 200bill??
