No damage from attacks

Had a quick look round and searched but cant find the answer so i thought id ask it here.
How much bigger than their attack does your defence need to be to get no damage when someone attacks you?

I think you get devistating damage at 10%?
Its been so long I have forgotten, can anyone confirm?

The help file calculations section states:
"Attacking at less that 20% of enemy defense causes no deaths to the enemy"
Some of its sections are out of date....

I have seen it before in my logs. I take some losses but they take none. Its like an faulty asgard hologram that only allows the defender to take loses

well keep in mind an unascended tauri can do the "quick withdrawl" and suffer no losses to attack.

If defense is 5 times greater than attacking force then no damage will occur to the defending force.
