Game time wrong?

I dont know if this is a bug, or did I miss something? I'm in South Africa, and I've been playing SGW for over a year now. On local time the game would usually reset for the week on a Monday morning at about 10h06 (that is am). When I signed in this morning, when it was suppose to be 23h30 gametime, it was already 00h30... a whole hour later on the server.
When did this change? Is it a bug? I've been planning my ascend for this week, with the idea of saving on PPT from last week, so that I could have it for this week actually, now I've lost it. In otherwords, I would have 6days of ppt for this week, if I went on PPT just before server change. I've done this before, that is why I'm sure about the times.
Can someone please help or explain?

will yesterday US change time with daylight saving think that could play a role in it? cause we spring ahead one hour ....would make since

crap... we people in the southern hemishpere dont keep up with stuff like that. cause we dont have that here... please is there anyone in admin that wouldnt mind helping me out eith this little problem of mine?

us do it b4 uk... server is in us... so goes by that time...
i lost out on 2 mt's cus had know idea about the time change occurring... same happened last year lol...
future suggestion, ingame announcement a few days earlier about time change perhaps...

I think the server is in Canada actually, But I do agree there needs to be a notice about time change since the entire player base does not see/use/experiance the change, and thos who do are not always at the same time.

With respect it is not about 1 hour lost on PPT, it is about those that planned to use their LAST PPT within the hour of market reset. With the time going ahead 1 hour they lost that opportunity. That is what it is about. I don't care if you care about it or not, but that is the issue.

What he said i agree.
It is a issue when it accours if your planning and was it RL you would have complained as it could cause a loss of money and much more had you had a buisness.
Its a game yes but in most games they announce when things like that happens s people are aware.

Uhh, read my post I asked if anyone lost an hour of ppt, I didnt whine I was just curious if anyone knew...

The game takes the time of the host server. The server automatically updates accordingly to the local DST. The administration has no involvement in this change. If you want to complain, do it to Benjamin Franklin.

Does not affect Hawaii, Hawaii is the only place that does not set their clocks ahead or back on DST.
