Can't submit News

When you click submit on a new piece of news, it takes you to the preview page. If you click submit again, it takes you back to the original page, but with no new news being written....unless I'm doing something wrong

I'm now getting this message:
News message cannot contain banned words.
After trying to post this news message:

Where, it's an SQL command.
I've changed the function, it should accept where now.
