Infinity you knew it, First the post by I believe Robe in the Cross-server market saying no selling of orgins naq... Your thread was deleted selling Orgins naq, and Mordack sent you a msg yesterday on this forum about your sig... Change it yet? Let wait and see when you post with your excuses...

Ok, I have to comment on this as my last few days are coming to an end....

MFC you initiated the conversation about trading Origins naq for Main naq. This could easily be seen as Entrapment.

Also, I can't remember what the thread by Gary actually says, but did he say punishment will be dealt to those that trade cross-server? I know it's not allowed on forums, but how can it really be proved and punished for if it takes place over MSN or other communication method.

I'm not siding with Infinity here because, well, I just don't like the fool, but I don't think what has or hasn't happened is a punishable offence.

to thamuz : It's not that it has been exchanged , planning a murder is as illegal as killing someone

It is against the law to be an agent provocatuer... well in my line of work it is. I always have to be aware of where that line is and avoid it like the plague.

It is illegal, however I do not think it is punishable by an in-game offense. Although, AdminGary will have to clarify. Best to PM him the link to this thread MFC.

Entrapment or not, if you agree to sell Origins naquadah you are setting yourself up the moment you agree. So the way I see it, AdminGary, AdminMark, or both get to decide his fate.
