One of my ascended farms recently had this:
Temporarily under Protection of the Ascended Assembly
I thought an account only had this with the first ascension?

yup, 4 days (after the 2 week shut-out) to allegedly "remedy your faults". More often than not it becomes a lottery win for a farmer passing by when a big account comes off PPT with > 1q dmu on the table.
