Alliance creation

This crap doesnt let me create an alliance, tried many times since the system and it still doesnt let me. I tried all ways with no web, with no comments, with comments and all ways and still cant.
I never got the 8UP increase that all players got so i hope at least to get this thing fixed for me!

Maybe you have some more information that could help people who run into the same thing? Or did you do the same thing twice and did it work the second time?
If there are more problems with alliance creation, here's the thread.

first problem was not reading instruction... i was thinking it worked as main. Second problem was that as web page it most be : http/:www.makealliance.com and now straight www. and third problem the naq thing... now dont laugh i just didnt read the instructions at all ... hahaha
