I am not exactly sure how bad the damage is as ascended is not my main port for gameplay but some of the errors/bugs are as follows.....

- The units I have trained dont corispond with my army size.
- My stats are very different on my home page and introspection page.
- When I try to train your units, I can put in the amount of untrained I have and tell it to train but it only trains a hand full of them

....stuff like that......

If you put 100 in 'super' attackers/defence you get 20 planets. It's not like main. Read the page carefully. Every super unit is a 5 networked planet system. You don't actually lose any planets. Having 100 mill 'supers' actually means you have 500 mill planets in there

also check in the preferences screen how your display is. you could have the numbers shown in 1000's or millions

introspection also shows "pre limit" stats, such as growth

Introspection page says

Cosmic Expansion Rate 400,146,201 planet / day

command center/ realm page says

Cosmic Expansion Rate 28,013,136 planet / day

Training page states

Note: When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...
You are currently growing at 7.00 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.

There is also some rounding issues from main page to introspection
