Im curious to know who has the highest spy level in this game, and what level is it?

As far as i know the highest level in the game is level 23 and its held by a few people. I may be wrong though...

24 will be the highest, followed by 25, 26 and then inevitable 27.
For now the answer would be 23, depending if prior bought the next one or not.

I think it is 23. not sure if Prior has 24 yet

lol, I could easilly get 25 :p But no need. Especially since I can just train some spies and it is IMPOSSIBLE to sab me unless you have level 25 because the max amount of spies to sab with is 99999.

if you have loads of uu you can esaly get any spy lvl you wont, just use the market lol

And of course 25 would cost 1.8milUU.... 144mil Naq an hour....

besides, You'd run out or your own MT's and would still need many many more, with will just add to the cost...

If you want to get better than market value and not use market turns, talk to me. I can buy people upto level 24. I have over 90bil naq that I will buy UU with. I pay 55mil per 1k. Possibly higher if you sell me alot (over 400k)
