4 warnings in few minutes?

Qacol was warned for spam, but Jack, who warned him spamed taht topic as well. He was reported but... i was warned.
qacol warned, caesar2 warned - 2 warning in few minutes
than my another post was warned - 3th warning
and brdavs post was warned - 4th warning
4 warnings made by one GM - Jack - in few minutes.
I reported him cuse this post:
You report my official mod post as spam, then spam yourself?

Anyway, like I said, no spamming.
his next post was:

and next one was:
One more, Brdavs, and you are gone. I mean really gone, gone like a soldier in the civil war gone.
Jack is the worst GM on forum, the worst person for this function. Jack is abusing his power, is laughing on ppl in PMs, laughing on them public and always when he is reported he uses this tactic... "You report my official mod post ..."
All of his warnings done in war topic on that page are only abusing of the power, he did it only to show us he can do it and verything h wrote there is worth warning.

Yes, my official mod post to inform others that people are getting warned and banned is spam.
My official mod post reaffirming the no more spam stuff is spam.
My official mod post warning you and Brdavs that y'all are going to be banned if y'all keep spamming is spam, right.
And it was actually five warnings. You and Brdavs twice, Qacol once.

can i know who reported us? cuse, i think if you were warning us you should look last 4 pages and warn few other ppl as well...

brdavs please note that the following rules aply in these sections:
1. One Topic per complaint.
2. No spamming the topic.
3. Only 3 parties should post in a complaint thread.
a. The person(s) making the complaint, or his representatives if he/they are banned.
b. The Ombudsman/Understudy
c. Mod(s) in question.
4. If you have something to add to the topic and are not one of those 3, then you may pm the ombudsman requesting permission to participate.
5. The only person to mod/remove/move a thread, will be the ombudsman/understudy. If in the event that immediate action is required, but I or the understudy are not online, the mod will act and PM the Ombudsman/Understudy.
6. All complaints are made in a calm, respectful manner, the ombudsman is here to solve your problems so does not deserve your anger.
The Mod in question or the Admin - Can post, but only that mod. Other mods defending a mod will be treated as spam unless there are serious circumstances.
This is to allow all complaints to be handled, kept track of, and settled in a normal matter.
If you have any problems with these rules....pm me...pm admin...pm a mod....don't post in the corner.
When the ombudsman is away, the Understudy will be listed here as the Ombudsman on Duty.

i agree, fully agree.
But every one mod is using special color as "mod talk"
so jack has his own colour. but in those posts i reported he used normal colour as well. itmenas he spoke as mode and as player as well. even using pictures in mod posts is alowed? i think it have nothing to do with mod work.
If mod was reported why can he abuse the power to warn that player? isnt it strange?
Thats clearly abusing power and those warnings are not right. we didnt broke rules, but he did abuse his power.
everyone who will say something else is just blind and wanna abuse his power as well.

Ombudsman, please take these two quotes as evidence, all can be found in war thread page 49, if something will happen to these posts, i have few screenshots with jacks posts (just for sure).

no, im saying i was warned for spam. was told im discusing mod decisions, but here im proving the fact you were acting like mod and like player in those posts. and i was pointing on that player part of posts.
you argued with "mod talk" but why you used mod colour just for half msg?
all warnings you did today were just abusing a power from your side.
you can laugh, you can argue, now i will w8 for ombudsman.

The part where I posted as a player was about the topic, war. The part where I posted as a mod was about you basically shooting yourself in the foot and getting a second warning, which I found vastly amusing.

Well now that caesar is banned for spamming (3 warnings this morning) I will talk to him via msn or ingame pm. My 1st thought is that someone went a bit crazy on spam warnings this morning. Ill research it though.
