the % rate you grow at decreases all the time. The more planets you have the smaller the % growth. Only way to higher your CER is to work on your charisma/fleets

from my introspection page
Cosmic Expansion Rate 400,146,201 planet / day
from my realm page
Cosmic Expansion Rate 28,857,504 planet / day
and at the cosmic development page right under where you buy your fleets is this jewel that will explain it all.
Note: When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...
You are currently growing at 7.21 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.
so eventually we will all be growing basicly the same lol

It would be interesting to find someone who has been able to consistantly grow their adjusted CER despite the constant reductions.
When I first hit the 2 billion I was growing at 90mill a day. Then the pain came and I fell through 80 and 70 pretty quickly. I hovered around 60 for a month when my farming picked up a bit but even that couldn't stop me falling through 50 sometime in December last year.
From then on I've been buying either 3-4000 fleets a day or 2-3 charisma levels and I've flatlined out at 43.3m to 43.7m for the past 3 months. It's amazing that my range has barely moved at all and it's nice to know that whilst I can't beat the reduction I can at least keep pace with it.
Cosmic Expansion Rate 519,797,490 planet / day
You are currently growing at 8.38 percent of full capacity...
Cosmic Expansion Rate 43,571,088 planet / day
For everyone else your number will be higher or lower than that (obviously), but have you been able to maintain where you are at?
Or do you find it is not worth spending the quadrillions per day?

It used to be that 100 million was my lower limit, but I took a break from CER and it fell into the seventies. Now thanks to planet consumption and renewed attention to CER it has been in the 80s and climbing again.
Planet consumption will skew the results.

*Imagines fremen at the dinner table chowing on some planets*
Renewed attention eh? Must be the reason why my farms are drawing blanks recently...

Yummm... Crunchy on the outside, hot and gooey on the inside is my favorite. Although there is something to be said for the big light and fluffy ones as well.
The freezing cold iceballs hardly count as planets and the only thing they are good for really is to cool down your drink.
fremen's forces of Terminus ruthlessly and relentlessly assault the worlds, fleets and populations of , inflicting XX damage .
Many suffered, generations knew nothing but war, and in the end - ontop of countless populations ...
2,094,740 of ****'s worlds were completely destroyed!
xxxx's forces of retaliated, inflincting 13,614,504,794,788,000 damage on the fleets and worlds in Terminus
2,045,833 of fremen's worlds were destroyed!

that last part is what I consider consumption, but it could also refer to offensive assassin operations.
