It's still alive, I even tried the quick fix in the original post and it did not work, seem that there are A LOT of problems these days in-game and in-forum are there any up-dates forthcoming?

admins have tried everything in their power, if you know how do fix it let us know if not ...

I know how to fix it, there is a PM sync mod that needs installing, i cant install it, only jason can, and as yet he hasnt, though he has been told...

Might be an idea to remind him? Had this issue since day 1, and has been a couple months now, sitting with this "19 new messages...." still hanging around.

this bug is no too bad

it tells you when you get new messages and thats all its meant for

so lets leave Jason and let him sort out game probs

And here i was thinking that i was the only one with this annoying problem

Seeing as the admin meet got canceled this week. Me or one of my fellow mods will point the bug out to jason again.

To me 19 Messages is the new 0 I've tried to PM myself a day or two ago, and it says "Private messages - 20 new messages" not 19 messages, I've look into my inbox and has my PM, when I've read it, it went back to saying "Private messages - 19 new messages". I'm pretty sure the admin is doing their best. At least I know that I have a new message when it says 20 new messages .

......... Now I have that 19 new messages bug too!
Or actually I don't know how long I've had it cause I just returned to these forums after a brake...but anyway! weird bug...but aren't bugs always weird?

Everyone but those online and erasing when the messages were sent has them.

I have just found this thread and have been wondering what was up for a long while. Its no real big deal, I still know when I get new messages.

Any updates on a fix though?

So far there are no updates onfixing the bug. We still have to find a certain MOD and install it on these boards before we can have an attempt at fixing the issue. Please be patient as the modteam is trying to fix it.
