not right place but my ascended account is missing

i bought a account off giera and he or she has screwed me on the ascended account now there massing players with it and causing me a head ache ive tred contacting admin 3x and still no log in details so i can take my account back off him my any advice ??

Contact Dadigi as he is the official forum liason with means of direct contact with admin.
Give me your details, Account ID#s and such and ill forward it best I can as well.

Sounds like this might be a black market deal and within Admin's area of responsibility.
