So you make 1 G and R above 1800 rank and 10 or so at rank 1...
About what rank do you make (is it) 2 or 5 G and R a turn?

to get 5 GnR points per turn you need to be ranked around 200

Correction: to get G&R.. it is somewhere... is about the top 2%? 2 G&R is about top 1%, and 5 G&R is top 0,5%. From rank 50 and better, or something like that, it slowly grow to somewhere between 5 (rank 50) to 10 (nr. 1) G&R per turn.

I don't think that is correct, 1 g&r point is 2%... dunno about 2n&r point but 5 is 0.2% which is currently 199 as im ranked in the 100s getting 5 g&r points and then 10 g&r points is obviously rank 1

1, 5, and 10 are the only amounts I know of.
