Doesn't this number ring a bell to everyone?
This is the number of max untrained mercs you can have (you can keep buying them as I tested on beta, but if you sell one you'll drop to 2,147,483,646...even if you bought 150mil mercs above this amount before selling this single merc)
Recon Success 2,147,483,647 details
Also the max amount of spies in ascended you'll see in your logs (sent 4bil spies)..
And finally, the highest ID you can display on those forums (if you put let's say 3bil in your ID box in forums)

Untrained Mercenaries 6,175,600,000
remind me to never sell any unless I sell them all.

Kidding, right? Coz you'd have several tril in mercs then and perhaps an painfull finger from buying those mercs

'tis because SQL tables use int(11)...
2,147,483,646 is the maximum int(11) can 'hold'

Noticed that too. Though it's good for ascended, knowing they can only ever send in that many against you

I count 10digits tho?
I thought that Int 11 would be able to hold 99,999,999,999?

all that is required to change that is to go into the SQL DB and change whatever the subject is to BIGINT and then put a number like 20

there and boom done problem solved not that big a deal just annoying but really a simple fix

You have no idea. Which fields should he change? What time should he take down the server? How many people are going to go crying to mummy when they can't play SGW's for however long it takes. It's like saying:

it takes no time at all to change a single field and yes I do have an idea considering I am running my own project with a mysql DB and I ran into this problem.....and of course I dont know what fields are needed to be changed since I dont have access to his DB

It's actually more like getting up off your ass, walking over to the light switch and flipping it. Though, as the Clapper has taught us, people are far too lazy to do even that now-a-days(not aimed at Jason or anyone else in particular, just a jab at society as a whole).
