Above 215,000,000 and trading/buying units no longer possible.
I have searched the forum and cannot find a definite answer.
Trading/buying units no longer possible, does this mean u cannot give away units? Or only restrict to buying?
If it only restricts to buying, what if someone broker away 100mil, then buy until reach the cap, then get the 100mil rejected. Is this possible and does not count towards bug abuse?
Similar tactics can be used for raiding over the cap?

You can still give away units. It simply means that you can no longer receive units through the broker system (or be given units)
If it only restricts to buying, what if someone broker away 100mil, then buy until reach the cap, then get the 100mil rejected. Is this possible and does not count towards bug abuse?
Not possible. the units brokered away are still counted as part of your account until the broker is accepted.

No.
