Hi all,

My officer, lord zapucna, ID: 1953873 clicked on the change race button and changed to an unascended race. Since then, he's ascended and would like access to his ascended account again.

He emailed the admin guys but no response. That was a while ago (3-4 weeks or more...)

Anyway, if someone know how to fix this, that'd be great. I dont know his ascended ID, I dont think he knows it either... I'll get him to post on this thread very soon

doesn't work that way he needs to ascend again in order to have an ascended account

I believe that he has ascended since he descended himself??? well that's what i got out of that part of the message... anyways good luck

yeah he was originally ascended. Then switched to an original race. But since then, he's ascended again but cant access his ascended account...

If you completely descend yourself, I believe so yes... but am not sure

Hmm I dont know... he couldn't access his ascended account after ascending... the user name and password should be the same right?

the way that it works is that he has desended that ascended account... therefore it no longer exists. in order to get another ascended account he will need to start from skratch.


its a bud in the system and there is no way around getting that account back. tell him to create another account and start over transfer the resources and begin again.

Wait a minute, I belive all of this is completely incorrect.

AFAIK you DO get the old ascended back. There are threads detailing it as it was spoken about publicly. I think it might have been SS that did it, I'll try to look it up.

Also, I belive its the log in info that was being used when the account was deascended.

I make no guarentees as to the accuracy of these statements.
