could it be that I'm logging in from my phone to bank ???

you could have deposited naq, and got hit at the same time. That would put you into negative naq, and there for the autoban would kick in.

alot of people get banned by entering 16-digits or whatever on their phones just send an email to support@stargatewars.com

I was on ppt so there's no way I could get a negative balance
unless I banked and it gave me a negative balance

Ya probably because too many digits when banking, that happens a lot on Phones.

Sometimes when using your Phone to bank Naquadah, too many digits are entered so the system thinks you are using a script or something to auto-bank your naq, and auto-bans you. It doesn't always happen, but when too many digits happens its on phones a lot of times, like this probably was.

ok, and how come some poeple can play on their phone and my voyager can't?

i can play the ascended server fine, but i can't play the main, i can get on to deposite my naquadah then it says something like not enough memory, whatever that means, and turns off and back on

lets see .. abt 1 mill uu and abt 3.2 trill naq since I would of bn on ppt for 4 days till monday...

sounds like your phone either sucks or is messed up, rather than a problem with the actual game

I've bn unlocked Yay
although it would be a good idea to ask for a 1 day ppt etc
as when you finally do log into your account being naq hit aint so great
especially if its rather a large amount.

and 14 characters is the limit on a phone
