Well, that's what I'm saying. It wouldn't just be the alliance leader and 2IC that send alliance-wide PMs, would it? Everyone would, and it would lose it's purpose in the end. >_>

And the diplomat to inform the Alliance of NAP's and other treaties. It is the Diplo's function to handle that so it frees the 1ic up to manage the Alliance overall.
