you lose much more military units when you attack or get attacked.YOU LOSE LOTS MAN(I DONT RECOMEND IT)

I think everything else stays the same, you only lose all that when you change to a basic race i think

As pointed out. Ur losses will double but however as Agnoch pointed out your current realm stays unaffected.
