Meeting different types of people is cool as well...unless their annoying

I like the people and the game...its fun and makes you think a bit.Did I mention the people?

Would say 'for the people' though, as that is the main reason why I'm still around.

Well.. I am in one of those moods where I say some horrible truth that no one believes...

Firstly. 99% of the people here don't play the game. The game plays them, so what reasons you have were probably accurate at some point, but not any more.

I don't play the game, I play the players, my account is just another forum by which I do that. I hang around because I get amusement from doing that, and because its a social lubrication for myself and two very good friend-iblings of mine.. it's something for us to do as we're great distances apart and communicate a lot. Any of the people I meet here, that I would want to keep in contact with, I don't need the game to encourage me to chat to them from time to time.

I came back to finish what I started.

It alleviates the stress of real life. and I play for the friends I have made.

i play when i have free tiime and dont feel like doing anything else, so i guess to relieve boredom

Everyone has vices... some smoke a lot, some drink a lot, some take drugs, etc... some play.
Playing has become a vice and not a necesity. First you do it out of boredom, of curiosity, then you enjoy it, then you like it, then you over like it, then you want to quit and quit and you return because it already got you in its grasp whether through forum talks, game talks... chit-chat, random MSN convos... they`re all part of the game.

I play because i`m dependent and i`m not affraid to admit it. I`m not that a active player these days, but i still have to log on a few times a day, even when i go out of town... i still log on. If i`d have time, i`d do other things, like mountain hiking (always wanted to do that)... but i don`t have that much cumulated time, so between working, reading, eating, sleeping i do this... if someone has a recepy to heal my addiction, please tell. I`m sure there are others like me who`d like to hear it.

There is a friend, to which i didn`t spoke for a long time, LoCe... who said about this game that "it`s a way of life". I incline to think that he`s right.

3 years ago i started cuse freinds, met here many ppl.

nowdays am playing to talk with freinds and to fight... actualy on vacation mode till i finish the work ive started in company.

SGW is always good choice if the winter comes

I asked myself that very question not long ago. The game had become a chore - trawling through the rankings trying to find somebody with a decent amount of naq and a low enough defence for me to hit. Then one of my friends threw down the gauntlet and challenged me to grow to 100mil army size in 2 months. Given I started with an army size of 14mil and have a raw UP of only 40k I figured the man was crazy, but 10 days and 23 million extra uu later I figure I can do it. So now, I'm playing to prove I can do it. After that... who knows? He wants me to complete the Ascensions but tbh that's a lot of effort.

I admit that the growing in army size has proven to be a lot of fun though!

out of boredom and it's easy/quick to play (depending on the things you do ingame)
i only spend little time of my computer life on this game

I play because friends Ive made, my alliance, and boredom. I also like to see how fast/good I can play compared to others, especially since I only play SGW on my psp (<-PlayStation Portable **Filtered** mobile, garbage farming )
