Howdy!
I was just wondering if anyone was from here, or has been there on a vacation, As ive been wanting to go for a very long time, and now finally have the money to do it, The 2 places i am definatly going to be visiting Are San Antonio (History and Culture) And Dallas (i dont know why i just like the look of it) (And yes, i know they are a long way from each other...

) Just wondering what people think of the place, places, is it as nice as they make out in the lovely pictures in the travel books, Are the people that friendly, etc , etc.
I fully intend to try something called the Breakfast Buritto...

gah! Dang! had it been later I perhaps may have been able to make this journey with you (obviously that being contingent on a few things.. the company being wanted is the first and foremost!)
alas...I am off down under (again) in the summer, so will be strap for large sums of cash.

I think if I lived in the US of A, it'd probably have to be Texas too. A few open spaces, enough to stay away from everyone else with my electrified fences, automated turrets and guard tigers, and a bomb shelter for good measure. You never know what Jack has in his basement...
I don't think I could remain there for long though. I would miss the first worlds culture too much, its why, no matter how much I love NZ I couldn't stay there forever either, probably a decade - 15 yrs at best before I'd have to be back in Europe (Italy is the all time goal, lol.. a nice little Mediterranean island to myself = dream, you can tell I watched Captain Corellis Mandolin too much..

).
