let me log in for a minute then booted me back out saying banned...don't know what's happening with this.

I got an email saying it was fixed, but it still wont let me log in still says You are auto-banned for cheating,
I did log in for one minute still had negative troops, tried to retrain and got booted off again and wont let me log back in,,
Please help me im going stir crazy
