Help finding something

K ive been searching for this for like 30 min now and can't find it *frustrated*, there was a link on the forum to a place where i could go and build an alliance phpbb3 forum for free but i can't seem to find it now, can someone either point me to the post where it is or to the site im talking about

http://herebegames.com/click the button that says 'host your own forums (free)' to get it the easiest way. there are other options, i can give them to you by PM if you want.
