They communicate with bigger entities.
Does that make them a multi? Maybe they cooperate without sharing tags.

just had what i think is a multi take one of my planets as well,
Did you get it back, I took mine back only because he ran to ppt or i would of just massed him and replaced it

they cant punish accounts named after death note they are just too awesome.
planet snipers seem to be in rather large numbers these days something definately needs to be done.

This is nothing yet... if you remember shortly after the planet release it was far worse. LOL. Although I must admit it seems that they are making a comeback.
(Note: one of the former 'planet snipers' of the beginning was RobinInDaHood of DDE if I recall correctly. Perhaps you can ask him advice how to counter it more effect
