The idea was that because we can't actually access the bank and this game is supposed to be about fighting and beating people, then the bank sums should be the winning of the wars. This would start more 1-on-1 alliance wars and stop all this server wide crap, and if you lose and have limited funds in your bank then no other alliance will want to start a war with you koz they wont get any good winnings, which will give your alliance time to grow again.
thats just my idea.
