My mate Forum bin hacked when is sgw user got hacked

about a month ago my mate got is fourm and sgw user hacked jason sorted is sgw out for him but my m8 not had no net and now he as so he went to login and its not working
i looked as the person useded

so can you please reset smithy fourm user and make is e-mail too
