The official Smallville speculation thread I figure we could use one but this is going to include spoilers I presume so take due diligence

!!!!Spoiler alert!!!!
[spoiler]2 characters will be killed of by the end of this season, one who's been in it for a long time, and another more recent character! [/spoiler]

SPOILER ALERT!!!!

[spoiler]and the vet being killed off is not going to be Chloe which means that Davis is the new guy being killed off since Doomsday is being played by a new guy in Season 9 leaving speculation open to who is the vet begin killed off[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I'm hoping Lana lang[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I dont think Lana can die she is far to engraved into the Superman legacy as are Lois and Jimmy which leaves Tess Oliver Martha Martian Manhunter and Pete Ross even though Pete is supposed to be engraved in we dont hear much about him anymore and it is by no stretch of the imagination impossible for Lana to die I just hope whoever dies it causes him to fly[/spoiler]

[spoiler]I thought Jonathan Kent was far to engraved as well, he got killed off pretty sharpish, although i don't have a clue what happened to him in the comics, in my mind it would just make sense that it was lana as she can't have too much of a role in clarks life now that she has that suit and has absorbed all that kryptonite.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]ahh in that case I can see how you would see it that way but I am so hoping that there is a big fight with Doomsday tonight[/spoiler]

[spoiler]They can't kill Martha either, she's in Superman Returns... Unless they're killing off an old character then bringing them back?[/spoiler]

[spoiler]well i'll have to stay out of here till i've watched it so it doesn't get spoilt for me, it doesn't get released as a torrent till around 3-4ish in the morning in the uk so i'll set my alarm download it and it should be ready to watch when i wake. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]nah they said one person is dead dead and the other is a metaphorical death and since the metaphorical death would be Davis Bloom loosing his humanity and becoming Doomsday that means the vet is gonna be truly dead or so we are lead to believe[/spoiler]
