Ok I think that he may be a multi of someone in Hervardi. His ID is a new ID, his planets are Slovanian, he just started farming TC but builds nothing, has SS but clearly hasnt for long (due to his farming skills [that a new player <his ID is new>] he should be bigger), and appears to have experience and know what hes doing. Seeing how this isnt the first time a new account hit us during this war (2nd or 3rd <-deleated) he should be checked

btw were @ war with Hervardi, hence why I suspect multi(s?)

I did find a multi with this account but the alliance of the other account was The Collective. Banned both accounts
