Loosing UU

I had ~388k uu out and waited for a turn change to get 400k to train them.My up is highish and i make a bit more than 10k per turn.Now the turn changed and i have LESS(YES,LESS).From ~388k i now have ~376k...I lost 900 bil by taking it out of the bank now i'm loosing UU...
