(note: if you total population size is greater than 435,479,452 disease will surely strike your lands. Above 326,609,589 and raiding is no longer possible. Above 217,739,726 and trading/buying units no longer possible. Pergatory is not accessible above 43,547,945)
First off do you mean 300m or something different?
I think that even with a broker set they are still kinda there, and if it will put you over the trade limit, I dont think you can accept/ or start the trade.

Yes you can get them all back even if it exceeds the trade limit as your not accepting a broker over the trade cap your just recovering your own goods, Just make sure that the trade is set up for naq rather than uu as even if your 300mill uu is for 1uu it still thinks the 300mill uu is in your account. ~Thamuz~

So theoretically, two big players could get an account to 650m armysize?
To continue that train of thought, those 650m could be trained into the army, then backed up by mercs..
Total armysize of that beast of an account would be 1.3 billion..

Just tell me if it is possible. I know it'd be an incredible waste of resources..
edit: I just thought of something else.
You can have 3 brokers.
Could you have 3 brokers for 320m UU? That'd make that supermassive account even more supermassive.
Wonder what the Plague on that would be.

Lol, no that wouldn't work, the uu is classed as still in your account even when brokered, someone else can't broker you any uu whilst you still have that uu in the broker, has to be accepted first, and then they could broker you up to the trading cap so you'd lose uu.

Thamuz is right, you can broker away your UU (Although if your brokering away 320m you will need to use more than one broker) but can't recieve more UU while the broker is 'open'. Smae as with AT's.

The broker checks the account you are sending UU so it will not go over the "trading" cap.
Right now above 217,876,712.
If someone had an army size of 1,000,000 you could only broker them 216,876,712. Anymore and it would not allow you to set the broker.
The brokered UU sits in limbo, not usable by the original account, but still counting towards the army size. It remains this way for so long or until accepted or rejected.
When the broker is rejected you can reclaim it, and then use it as it never really left. If the broker time runs out you can reclaim it as well.
If they accidentally accept it, you could only get back in a broker any amount that would not put you over the limit with your new army size.
To be safe set the brokers for a huge amount of naq so they do not accidentally accept it.
