Automated Enemy Spy Reports

Okay, hear me out on this one. I think its a decent suggestion and will hopefully encourage people to use the alliance war features more.
When you are set to alliance war, you get access to an additional automated intel log updated on the turn. Its not a full report, but a general one.
EG
This would allow people to identify targets easier and gain benefits for declaring alliance war. A few more points to make about this.
- Players who are on PPT are not mentioned
- Stats are only shown for the top 5 enemy combatants in each department.
- The grading levels can be dynamic numbers, created manually at first but then linked into the average income of the server. Something like: -

EG
Enemy Offensive Potential
Player Z has strike action level 6
Player W has strike action level 4
Enemy Defensive Potential
Player Y has defense action level 4
Player X has defense action level 2
Enemy Covert Status
Player Z has covert action level 6
Player X has covert action level 3

- The grading levels can be dynamic numbers, created manually at first but then linked into the average income of the server. Something like: -
Code: Select all
Strike/Defense Level 1 = under 100b
Level 2 = 100b to 500b
Level 3 = 500b to 1 trillion
Level 4 = 1-2 trillion
Level 5 = 2-4 trillion
Level 6 = 4 trillion+
Covert Level 1 = under 200b
Level 2 = 200b to 1 trillion
level 3 = 1-2 trillion
level 4 = 2-4 trillion
level 5 = 4-8 trillion
level 6 = 8 trillion+
limits are then adjusted dynamically by taking the average income for all active accounts and adding a multiplier to the levels definitions dependant on the increase/decrease in average income. So if income across the server doubles, so do the definitions. thoughts?
