reason is for those who dont know, smaller drives tend to boot quicker off of..... i mean a 500gb drive @ 7200rpm will boot slower than a 160gb drive @ 7200rpm.....[/spoiler]

Actually, that's only on FAT32 drives, with NTFS drives it's the reverse. Though I could be wrong, I don't think I am.

I download ALOT of HD movies ( Don't ask from where) both in 720p & 1080p and stream them over my network to my ps3 which works its magic and i get a 1080p high Dev movie on my 42" tv
As an example BlackHawk Down in 1080p - 12.8Gb & thats just 1 movie!
My poor internal 300Gb WD HDD i have & my 320Gb WD Passport are all but full
So plan is:
300Gb WD for gaming & windows (What i really should be using)
1TB WD for dumping HD vids, music and anything else i want to stream to my ps3
