Supporter Bonus 2x24hr PPT

I just tried to use my supporter bonus to put it on a 2x 24hr PPT costing 35,289,600 naq and it shouted at me saying I needed 273,297,024 naq out in the open.
It does say "The marketplanet is not yet setup. It takes about a week for a market to establish prices, and build inventory, within a new quantum reality...Marketplanet expected to open in 252 turns".... down the bottom but that says market not supporter bonuses.
